One of the largest brackish lakes in Asia, situated at 150 kms from Leh at an altitude of 4267 meters above the sea level, Pangong Lake is one of the beautiful places, one can ever imagine. Pangong lake is 134 km in length and is a must visit for people of all tastes. To access the Pangong Lake, one has to take a five hour long drive from Leh through coarse and dramatic mountain road.
