We covered Leh, Nubra, Pangong, Tsomoriri, Kargil, Sonamarg, Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Srinagar. I was contacting many tour agents initially but no one dealt with patience and were in a hurry to just book and transfer the token amount but Alien Holiday services are very accommodating and actually focus on customer satisfaction. Samiullah patiently amended the itinerary multiple times according to our preferences and ensured smooth services at all times. Honestly, I appreciate the homely feeling, proper assistance with cooperation that we got throughout. Taking along a group of 14 people was stressful at times when i was planning travel arrangements initially but (Samiullah) was extremely cooperative. The hotels at Leh and other places was just amazing and the staff made us feel home. Camps at Nubra Pangong and Tsomoriri were clean and spacious. It was a one in lifetime experience and it was great in association with Alien Hospitality. All my group members were fully satisfied and praised my arrangements which were not actually my alone, so I pass all credits to (Samiullah Lone) for his wonderful dealing.

We started planning for our Leh-Kargil-Srinagar trip way back in February, 2021. We had almost finalized another service provider to arrange our tour. But, I got reference of 'Alien Holidays & Hospitality Services' from a friend of mine. And, I am very thankful to him as we could have just missed out on the homely feeling that we got throughout. The hotel at Leh was just amazing and the staff made us feel home. Camps at Nubra and Pangong were just fantastic. This was our first ever stay in a tent but let me tell you that it was a once in lifetime experience. The hotel at Kargil was also nice. The last stay was in a Houseboat at Srinagar. What to say about that, it was again a mesmerizing experience.
So much of personal attention, care like a guardian always watching over you, a family like feeling can barely be seen. And, it cannot be expected from the so called branded tour operators for sure. You may contact me in case you have any questions and I shall be happy to help.

We had a great experience of visiting Jammu and Kashmir through Alien Holidays and Hospitality Services. We almost toured the whole of Kashmir ranging from Dal Lake to Gulmarg to Sonamarg and Pahalgam. We also got an opportunity to stay in the Houseboat, Handcrafted and wood carved in the middle of the world class Dal Lake. The nest of beauty lies in the places and people of Kashmir. As we opted for 2* Hotels but after reaching they delighted us with upgraded hotels at the same price.we are thankful to Ms. Uzma for arranging the whole tour and showed us the real beauty of Kashmir.We would like to recommend this company to one and all for their upcoming Kashmir trips.
